3 v 3 INDOOR TOURNAMENT APRIL 2ND!: WSYSC will be having an indoor 3v3 tournament at the Coliseum on Friday, April 2 from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Similar to our Labor Day Tournament last year, there is no cost to any WSYSC players for the tournament. Soccer Players that are not on a Spring or Fall WSYSC roster are also welcome to attend (we will collect a $10 stipend from them) so feel free to spread the word around town. Our initial thinking is the younger ages would play earlier and the older age groups would play later. We will get back to you at a later date with more details.
INDOOR TRAINING AT BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB: Indoor Training sessions led by Stew Mountain and Eric Demers started are running each Wednesday at the West Springfield Boys and Girls Club. Cost for the entire season worth of sessions is $20 per person for WSYSC Club players. Its a high quality program for very little player investment. Training will run until the end of March.
FALL SEASON ENDS FOR WSYSC: 16 Teams competed in the PVJSL league this fall, and all had successful seasons. Out of 11 teams in the competitive portion of the league, 4 made the playoffs! We had one team make the finals (West Side Chaos) and another win their Division Championship (The Thunderbolts). Congrats to all teams on a great season!
